Review of Max (2002) by Carly P — 03 May 2008
I'm not sure what to think about this one. Makes me want to research Hitler a bit more, because of the choices of his portrayal. I understand that the movie is not based in fact, but is rather a hypothetical look at "what might have happened if", but it's still interesting.
I guess I'm just not one to believe Hitler as a pawn, rather than the locomotive force behind his reign, so I never bought in to the performance Taylor was giving. I really just watched for John Cusack, and that was more than worth it.
