3 Stars from me can mean either I liked the movie even though it was bad, or I didn't like the movie even though it was good. Match Point falls into the latter. There is plenty to like about this movie, it's just that none of it is for me.
I have trouble enjoying movies if I dislike the main character, and Chris Wilton is so repulsive to me it prevented me from liking the movie. I can't abide nor condone cheating in any instance, and when it's going on in such a slimy way for so long it pisses me off even further.
So despite any and all quality this film has, I'll not watch it again.
