Review of Match Point (2005) by Brandon O — 19 Jul 2014
This is one of the more underrated pieces by Woody Allen. Perhaps it's because the film is outside his usual genre. However, Allen is as ever perceptive about his characters and their positions. Even though some of the situations seem implausible, the whole idea of the film, which is that luck and chance can really play a difference in peoples' lives, plays a large part in the story-line.
