Review of Masters of the Universe (1987) by Wiz D — 28 Aug 2009
Despite the good performance of Frank Langella as Skeletor this film fails to put the Cartoon on the beig screen. Is it really that bad? Not really it is still watchable and there have definetly been worth comic/computer game adaptions out there that much is sure.
But I do remember when I saw it as a 7 year old it was a bitter disapointment, having all the great characters from the cartoon missing, and it all taking place on earth. In case you have not watched it but do remember He-man I can still sugesst that you watch it on DVD one night, just do not put your expectations too high.
