Review of Masters of the Universe (1987) by Kourtnee — 14 Aug 2008

So I'm an admitted MotU fanboy, and of course my love extends to this movie as well. Some of the worst acting ever, apart from Frank Langella as a Shakespeare-quoting Skeletor. But for a fun 80's throwback action/fantasy, I'm certain there's not much better.

For a ridiculously fun bonus, get the DVD and listen to the director's commentary, and you'll be really touched and moved by how much thought they really put into this movie. (I also want to say how disappointed I am that the Flixter users have listed this as "89% Not Interested".
