It's not a very good movie, but I give it 5 stars becuase of the classic scene at the end were Bob Dylan punches Jeff Bridges in the gut. Bob's a amazing actor. Also, the cast is hilarious, they just wanted to be in the movie so they could hang out with Bob Dylan, so they did their parts for almost no pay.
....and it shows....
