Trying to make a film that reads like a Dylan song is a losing proposition, however well-meaning the intent of Larry Charles and his cavalcade of stars. Some nice lines, however. Here's one: "Life is like being in a taxi.
Even if you're not going anywhere, the meter is still running.".
