Review of M*A*S*H (1970) by Lito B — 30 Aug 2008
Robert Altman's Korean War comedy is considered by many to be one of the all time film masterpieces. It is indeed a funny and thought-provoking film with a fantastic cast of actors including Donald Sutherland, Elliot Gould, and Sally Kellerman in a hilarious Oscar nominated performance.
I feltin many areas, this film could have been much stronger. It left me a bit dry. I enjoyed the long-running television series it spawned much more so than the 1970 film.
