Review of M*A*S*H (1970) by Andy S — 15 Nov 2017
This movie's great. As with every Robert Altman film, the dialogue is fluid and the character's are very likable. Even the one's that may seem like assholes. There's this great feeling throughout the movie, almost a lighthearted feel to it. I love that it doesn't take itself too seriously.
That being said, this movie is outright hilarious. I was laughing my ass off during this movie. The way this movie was filmed, you would think that some of the actions that happen are all by chance and not choreographed. It's seems almost candid at times, the little things. This movie has a such a brilliant sense of humor. I don't think I've laughed so this much in a long time. Even the commentary from the camps speakers amen you smile.
This movie was so entertaining and so much fun to watch. It makes you want to live your life the military unit did. Having fun, not taking things too seriously, and enjoying life. Even 'Hot Lips' came around and started letting loose and enjoying life.
Overall, wonderful terrific movie hilarious movie! I will definitely be watching this one again.
