Review of M*A*S*H (1970) by Peter L — 04 Aug 2009
Endlessly brilliant, and so much more than a comedy. These men are human, and they joke and play and drink because they are in touch with what's going on around them, and that ultimately makes this one of the more moving and enjoyable war films I've seen.
Certainly not Altman's best, not by any means, but one of the highlights of the 70's, and a really great time.
