For some reason, this movie has a LOT of really mixed reviews...either people really hate it or really love it. I think it's a great adaptation of the classic tale, and I think there are some really good performances by both Branagh and DeNiro.
The story of Frankenstein always strikes me as really sad, rather than scary, and I think it comes across that way in this version.
