Review of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1994) by Wendy C — 29 Jan 2008
This film claimed to be the most loyal to the original novel of Mary Shelley. Though I always believe no film could ever interpret the great work of Mary Shelley (how much I hate the "usual typical" interpretation of other Frankenstein films), I do appreciate that Branagh did a great work! He "invented" a different destiny for Elizabeth, yet it's more thrilling and inspiring than the novel!
