Review of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1994) by Dylan M — 27 Mar 2011
This has to be one of the betterly translated monster movies that has came out in more recent years than other. the casting might not be up to par with what people want to hear & see but the mood is set for what makes the whole thing come together.
Seeing Deniro as Frankenstein I actually liked because he was more believable as the monster because of how tormented they protrayed him which is close to the book it was written from, the rest of the cast I thought was decent spite the over load of love people have for the 1931 classic which is more cheesy than this film is which is set more suspenseful and serious.
In the end its worth checking it has a sense of over emotion, romance and cleverly shot scenes that add to the suspense, plus the score is pretty damn good too.
