I can't think of the last time a clay-mation movie made me cry. . The final scene where Mary comes to realize how much her friendship meant to Max utterly devastated me. More than a movie about loneliness, it's about the incredible power of connection.
Although many people think they are alone, chances are they are not. Someone, somewhere is thinking of you.
