Another screen adaptation of a play. I don't think there's really that much special about this play, but what an impressive cast. When you add two actresses like Meryl Streep and Diane Keaton together, it's hard to make it seem like they're not trying to outact each other somehow.
Even though I love them both! I really loved Bessie's line: "I've had so much love in my life. I'm so lucky that I've been able to love somebody so much.".
