Would be a 5 star movie if Alec Baldwin changed roles with Mathew Modine, but then the world would be an upside down place where black is white, Kennedy is Nixon, etc. Otherwise, it's a fine satire.
(Note: I harbor no real ill will toward Modine. He'll always be Private Joker to me.).
