An interesting idea, if just a bit odd.
The movie is not the gritty thriller that it could have been. Instead, it approaches the subject of bumping off one's wife instead of going through the trials of divorce with a black comedy, slow-burn dramatic quality. Not bad overall, but slightly bland in flavor.
