Review of Marnie (1964) by Juston C — 22 Sep 2007
Ok, not exactly the best movie Hitchcock ever made. The plot was rushed and it felt like they were ripping out the juiciest bits in favor of a shorter film. Tippi Hedren does a great job playing up the insanity, but unfortunately the script didn't allow her to really get into it!
Sean Connery does well in this, but his Bond character shows through in some scenes and it takes you a minute to remember what film you're watching.
