Review of Maria Full of Grace (2004) by Jared M — 09 Aug 2009

The one thing I got out of this film was more insight on how the drug mule business MIGHT run. The rest was ok, a lot of relationship development that lead to nothing more than a focus on Maria. By the end of the film I was left curious as to what the crap happened to everyone else in Maria's life, seeing as how as soon as she muled it up they no longer existed basically.

By far the only truly interesting aspect was seeing how she tried to make it through airport security. It also seemed awfully short. I kept waiting for something meaningful to happen, but it never came.

It was just Maria earning a wad of cash...and thats about it...she didn't really grow, she only learned a lesson that muling drugs is retarded.
