I think you'd have to be a fan of Noah Baumbach to enjoy this film... that being said, if you like dark humour and dysfunction, this is the film for you. I think the casting was excellent; everyone really held their own, even the kids -- particularly Claude.
The writing was impeccable and very realistic. Even though it didn't seem to get good reviews, I think it's a solid follow-up to The Squid and the Whale.
