An absolute classic, this film is a masterpiece, and it perfectly conveys the sense of paranoia and isolation that plagues Dustin Hoffman's character. Hoffman's early career performance is stellar, and he really manages to hold his own against heavyweights like Laurence Olivier and Roy Scheider.
