Maps to the Stars sure has a lot going on for a movie which ultimately has nothing going on. Julianne Moore's performance is fearless, but the rest of the movie can't hold a candle to her, with the world's stiffest performance from John Cusack, the world's least nuanced portrayal of childhood fame, and two ghosts too many.
