Review of Manufacturing Dissent (2007) by Tim M — 15 Nov 2007
Fairly good doc on Moore, made some excellent points, but also made some accusations which they failed to prove, something they accuse Moore of. For example they claim Moores charitable trust has shares in Halliburton etc. The film makers never explain why, but imply Micheal Moore funds evil companies, but anyone who knows about direct action know that sometimes to gain access to AGM's andf conferances of some of these corporations, you need to buy shares for entry. Micheal Moore has done this in Roger and Me etc. Anyway thats my only major gripe on this.
It was refeshing to watch a documentry on Michael Moore that was from a left wing view rather than a polemical analysis of his style.
