Definatley the worst of the series, pretty unwarrented after the 2nd film. this time the cop seems to fall in love with a similar style woman cop who gets framed by the media. cue the slasher film tradition of a hospital setting full of idiots running around.
Robert davi returns and doesnt do much, there is a nice little gun shoot out in the middle but little else to recommend.
