This somewhat sleazy entry in the slasher genre is another must see due to the incredible make-up effects work by the master of gore, Tom Savini once again. The plot involiving apsycho who kills womn, takes their scalps and nails them to his collection of dept store mannequins doesn't matter.
The scaplings do, as Savini's realistic effects are shown without cutting away. Savini himself appears briefly only to have the killer shotgun him to death. You herad right, Tom savini blew his own head off with a shotgun in this movie.
His head evaporates in a cloud of red and gray chunks, paintiing the inside of a parked car. Brilliant.
