Didn't set the box office alight but this is a good adaption of red dragon. the film is quite loyal to the book and for the most part provides a solid thriller. mann provides an excellent style to the film and a well cast peterson in the lead.
The ending is pure michael mann, one of the missed films that has garnered an audience since its realise. an excellent film.
