This movie forever altered the way I listen to "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" by Iron Butterfly! Mann builds suspense expertly. The police procedural work is very engaging. Cast is fantastic top to bottom.
Tom Noonan will creep you out. He's so menacing but his longing for human connection is what is really affecting. Goes without saying but its superior in every way to Ratner's remake.
