Review of Manhattan (1979) by Curtis R — 06 Oct 2008
Although the cinematography is gorgeous and the camerawork is infinitely captivating, Allen is appalling as usual. The obnoxious, whining, overly analytical little man presents us with a cataclysmic script which tries to sound sophisticated, but falls flat on its face in the process.
Beautiful scoring.
