I really like annie hall and this feels basically like annie hall without the kooky playfulness. Its pretty dull to be honest, new york is beautifully shot but it isnt funny enough to be a comedy or engaging enough to care about the characters who are mostly bland, talk about themselves too much and are a bit annoyin.
The odd funny line and a watchable feel make it sporadically good but to be frank - its not all that and a bag of potato chips. Ya digg?
