This is the kind of straight drama you need to ground yourself to some reality if you so choose. So many movies are just contrived bullshit and things blowing up and people being shot or using powers..

. The central conceit is that some things you just don't get over; there is no fairy-tale ending appendable. A lot of people want fantasy and happy endings and will be dreadfully depressed to sit through it, but others crave something normal and mundane every once in a while.

Brilliantly acted and shot with much know how, it's a tough movie with real heart.
