This movie doesn't work for the same reasons stalking doesn't work; its irrational, not funny, and someone should be arrested for thinking these two people would ever end up together. The one in jail would have been Steve Zahn.
He and Jennifer Anniston are like water and sand, they never mix into a homogenous couple. They can't even make mud. If they are ever in a movie together again, he will be a psychotic murderer, and she will be running for her life.
Other than that the movie is harmless.
