Review of Management (2009) by Pamela C — 28 Mar 2010
Two words that best describe this film: awkward and funny. It may have been my mood at the time, but I laughed a lot in this film. The film has a real sweetness to it, showing that love can happen in the most unlikely of places.
Steve Zahn plays the smitten doofus perfectly and it seems that Jennifer Aniston was meant to play the everyday girl. She does it so well. Both characters learn from each other and really make this film easy to watch.
The last third of the film takes a strange turn and it almost derails the story, but it endures based on the strength of the characters.
