Review of Man on a Ledge (2012) by Russ M — 12 Jul 2012
You had me until the end. I will not spoil it for anyone, but the film had me pulled in until the convoluted ending. The acting was believable and the story even made some sense. You liked the Sam Worthington character and Ed Harris as the villain.
The whole thing was moving along and then the last 15 minutes of the film made you feel like they ran out of time with the script and wanted to wrap up filming. I was even willing to give it the Lethal Weapon believability clause, but it was too much of a stretch.
So, a marginal recommendation, maybe watch the first hour and a half, turn it off and dream up a better ending. I think anyone would be able to achieve it.
