Review of Man of Steel (2013) by Ambrosine G — 01 Apr 2018

I watched this film 3 times in complete awe. At first I did not want to watch it being I am a fan of the Christopher Reece take. I am not sure why there are negative reviews, this film was written exceptionally well.

Henry Cavill captures the heart, pain and power of a young Superman just discovering who he is. Michael Shannon rips the role of general Zod in a great way. There are so many that state that Wonder Woman was a horrible film In comparison to Man of Steel.

I did not like Wonder Woman but I wanted to. Gal Gadot does well but in my opinion is not really the best actress. I don't feel her journey as I did with Henry Cavill's portrayal. I don't know if the reviews for Wonder Woman were rigged but you will see there are so many online who did not like the film.

Man of Steel is a gorgeous film, from the actors which by the way I love their choice for Lois Lane. A normal person, not your Hollywood example of what the usual choice would have been. Gorgeous cinematography, exceptional writing and Hans Zimmer once again loves us with his music compositions.

I will buy this film because ai love it so much.
