Rewatching this I notice that there is something fundementally wrong with this movie. Something that you notice but is only slightly forgivable. This movie is not terrible, this movie is not amazing, It is ultimateley hollow, While there are effective parts to the movie ( I.

E. jor el, krypton, even Zod's motivations.) the action can feel detached, and fast, choatic even, at times. the relationship between clark and lois feels rushed and at times flat.. the god status of superman is not force fed,but not what a modern comic book movie needs, and dialog and banter can seem corny and underdeveloped at times, including one liners.

Ultimately, this movie started and finished and it felt like there wasn't much profoundly interesting to be said that hasn't already been said.
