The movie has grown on me, the second watch made me like it whereas the first time around I felt disappointed. May be the DVD version tells the story better than the cut version I saw in theatre. Also I have come to accept Henry Cavill as Superman.
My original review on first watch - Expected so much more. The Superman I remember always had a boy's charm, humor and some amazing romance going on with Loise Lane. This one was missing all this making it a very dry movie. The lead had the bad boy sexy look and not the nice boy look I expected. The story started off well when it was in based in Krypton, a little slow but good. Ones in Earth the different approach which was given to Superman spoiled it all. Even the fighting sequence were so dumb, it felt more Transformer meets Man Of Steel. Please get back the Old Super Man.
