Visually the film is impressive, with an excellent production design and great visual effects. During 2/3, the film is impeccable, well written and excellently directed, with great performances and good action scenes.

But in the third act there is an abrupt change of tone, and the film becomes another megalomaniac action blockbuster with entire cities being destroyed.
