I saw this already in 1997, and have been looking for it since, without luck though. It's just one of the coolest films ever.
And of course Belgians have a sense of morbid humour. How else do you explain mayonnaise on french fries, Belgian Blue cows and a small boy taking a leak being a national symbol... -C'est Belge mon ami, c'est Belge.
