Watched the first mamma mia mostly with my hands over my ears - looking at you, pierce brosnan, :).
The mm sequel did much better because the two leads (amanda seyfried and lily james) have wonderful voices and did the music justice. there are still some highly cheesy moments and shoehorning cher in at the end was a little over the top, but overall it was pretty enjoyable and you can't go wrong with abba.
