A smart coming of age film set in Sicily during WW2. The evolution of the film and the story about love and longing are nice portrayals of Italy's own coming of age during this time...
Funny and sexy at times... there are some very heart felt moments hear and you get a sense of real world as things start to befall the sleepy little village.
