Maleficent is a film that truly captivated me, and It all started with my love with Sleeping Beauty. The classic film has always been one of my favorite Disney movies, and when I heard that Maleficent's story was going to be released I was astonished.
Now Maleficent went thorough a change when the man whom she has loved clipped her wings. That moment changed her, and when the royal part of whom It was for Princess Aurora. Aurora went through the classic fairy tale storyline with the pixies.
But her love for her "fairy god mother" was shown. Maleficent grows love for Aurora, and will do anything to protect her in the end. Sometimes people find truth in things we would never expect.
Hence what Maleficent is all about, and with the sense of love that shows as well.
