Thoroughly enjoyed this movie. beautiful women, sophisticated men, a dry and clever sense of humour, and a bittersweet love story. the fantasy element is terrific as well--the story starts off realistically, then veers away from reality with the shipwreck, then goes completely off into Babylonian dreamland, then eases back into reality again.
a true cinematic escape.
