I saw this when it first came out. I think my mom took me to see it in 4th grade or something. Actually, I saw this before I saw this first one. At one time, I thought this was better than the first one, but now I know my mistake.
The main problem with it was that it was made to be commerically viable. It seems it was marketered to elementary school kids(rated PG, compared to R for the first one), like myself at the time. I agree that Wesley Snipes was better than Omar Epps as Willie May Hayes.
