This movie was (in my opinion) worse than the first. In this movie, instead of hunting down criminals, Dirty Harry is hunting down cops that are hunting down criminals. This was a interesting plot idea, and it works out pretty well.

This movie unfortunately does not have very much action with dirty harry, and is more just showing a mysterious cop going around and killing criminals. This movie felt more like just a man going around killing criminals, and less like the original Dirty Harry that I loved.

But it does have some cool detective work done in it, and the action scenes with Dirty Harry are always cool. It did go somewhat into how Dirty Harry doesn't just want to go around killing criminals, and is trying to follow the law (At least somewhat).

It just didn't feel as good as the original Dirty Harry film. 63/100.
