Review of Magnolia (1999) by Edgar V — 14 Jan 2015
A movie that pretends to be good intellectual artistic, but it pretends too hard that, of course, in my opinion, ends up being artificial, not by a far a master piece, has the length of a good movie (not a coincidence in my opinion) but is just that, has the ingredients to be considered an artistic movie but ends up being artificial, just as Tom Cruise's performance, the rest of the cast does terrific performances, loved Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour, JC Reilly and Melora Walters.
By far not among my favorites.
