I'm pretty sure nobody is intending to see this movie for the plot, which is good because it didn't have much of one. It's mostly about the group's adventures and misadventures on the way to the male stripper convention.
Yes, I said male stripper convention. You know you're going in to see men who are great dancers with fantastic bodies. The movie delivers without too much of an underlying story line getting in the way.
It's sexy and hot for reasons you won't be expecting when you first take your seat in the theater.
