Magic Mike is an entertaining watch about a 19 year old who gets recruited in to the last profession he'd have imagined, and how it changes his life in a span of weeks. The premise is great but the lack of any real conflict or dispute in the plot makes it hard to lend your attention for 110 minutes, and the ending was a little too abrupt for my liking.
The film boasts some great performances from Matthew McConaughey and Channing Tatum and is well shot and directed by Steven Soderbergh. There were some humorous moments as well. Definitely worth a watch!
