Review of Magic Magic (2013) by Richard S — 06 Jul 2014

This was quite a strange film. It was an interesting twist on the usual psychological thrillers and the best part of this film was seeing Michael Cera use his usual awkward geekyness to sinister effect.

It was also quite effective at making the viewer feel uncomfortable not through horror or scares but simple awkward everyday situations where you might question your own confidence.

Despite these positives it was still missing something which meant I didn't care too much about the characters and the ending didn't wrap things up effectively.
