Here we have Woody Allen treading lightly in Oscar Wilde waters. Given the great cast and beautiful location photography this could have been a far better film than it actually is, but there are many smiles to be had.
As far as Woody Allen movies go, I'd put this one somewhere in the bottom of the middle of the pack.
