Review of Maggie (2015) by Cameron H — 07 May 2015

Maggie was another movie I seen this week that is an old idea done in an original and fresh way, just like It Follows it takes a genera and does something different. I liked Maggie better than It follows, plus I feel the Zombie genera is in and of its own next to Horror now. But keep in mind this is not your typical zombie flick, so those looking for blood gore and action this is much different from that.

Maggie is deliberately slow paced with a realistic approach to the zombie offering. With Arnold Schwarzeneggers BEST performance to date!!! This is a film filled with a dread that looms through out, and a sadness to the what would you do scenario. Abigail Breslin was great as Maggie and has come a long way since the cutie from Little Miss Sunshine!!!! This I feel is one of those flicks that as it simmers in my mind it will only get better!!!! 8/10.
